One frame of an animation produced for the launch of the Audi R8 in the UK. The animation was used as part of an interactive micro-site on Audi.co.uk and showcased the car being built up in several stages.

I worked alongside a colleague as part of a two man team on this project and was mainly responsible for the lighting, shaders and some compositing.

The model was supplied CAD data which was incredibly detailed but provided us with a number of technical challenges due to the shear weight of the geometry.

Rendered in 3ds Max using Vray, post work done in After Effects and Photoshop.
